Terms and Conditions

To book on this site you must be over 18 years of age. You must have authorisation to use the credit card. The person effecting the booking is deemed to have accepted terms and conditions on behalf of all people named in the booking.

If an inclusion or bonus is sold as part of a package, that portion of the package is deemed to be included wholly within the package and may not be dissected, removed or redeemed for cash even in the event that the portion, inclusion, value add, or bonus is not utilised.

Children are deemed as being aged 0-16 years inclusive while 18 years and over are deemed as adults.

Deposits, Payments & Fees

A deposit of $75 is required to book your party.
Full remaining payment is due 7 days prior to your event, or if your booking is made within 7 days of your event day it will be required at time of booking. Once full prepayment is made this is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation as no refunds will be issued once inside the 14 days prior to event.

Please note that our refund policy does not include shipping costs.

Fees will apply for payments made by credit card. All fees vary depending on your service provider.

Any money paid is Non-Refundable.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Amendments and cancellations may be requested by email on birthdays@lattelounge.com.au or by calling 0410 615 645. Charges may apply and are outlined below.

Flexibility to change. We know that plans can change so no matter the reason, simply let us know and you can change your dates up until 14 days prior to your event. One free date change permitted.

When changing dates, pricing is subject to change and availability on your new dates.

Cancellations. Cancellations made on or before 14 days prior to event, you will be refunded additional money paid less non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued once inside the 14 days prior to event.
